Shipping Policies
Custom Orders are shipped directly from Italy.
Allow 6-10 weeks to Ship Custom Orders
All Purchases will ship ground from Via Bellissima in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania unless otherwise specified/requested
Cannot ship to PO Boxes
$15.00 address correction charge if an incorrect address/zip code is provided.
Damages
All pieces will ship insured.
Damages must be claimed & Photographed within 3 days via Email/Phone.
Keep all original packing material.
Email Photos of Damages
Cannot claim damage if not in original packaging.
Cannot claim damage if after 3 days upon receipt.
Online Exchange/Return Policies
Return for store credit only within 20 days of receipt.
Store credit will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after Via Bellissima receives and processes the exchangeable items(s).
Exchanges must be made within 20 days of receipt.
Custom orders are final sale and not refundable.
No refunds, exchanges, returns after 20 days.
Returned Merchandise shipped back to Via Bellissima at expense of buyer/Receiver and must be in original packaging.
Store credit will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or returns never received. It is strongly advised to insure all returns.
Items must be in new and unused condition upon receipt & inspection, otherwise are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping charges will apply to exchanged items and returns shipped out.
In-Store Exchange/Return Policies
Store Purchases can be exchanged/returned for store credit only within 20 days.
Online Purchases can be exchanged/Returned In-Store for Store Credit only within 20 Days.
Exchanges/Returns made in-store are non-refundable.
(This applies to both Store/Online Purchases.)
Store Credit will not expire.
Sale Items
All Sale Purchases are final & cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded either online or in-store.
